Ruthless

"Ruthless" is a pirate themed game where players will gather their crew and fight against their opponents.

The core mechanic of Ruthless is deck building. Each turn, a player must play a card or set of cards from their hand, after which they can buy new cards into their deck. The deck consists of pirate cards that allow you to attack your opponent, pick up more cards for more advantageous actions, and treasure cards that allow you to buy more and better pirates. Treasures can be cast immediately for gold when needed or added to the deck to repeatedly benefit from their bonus. New crew members are placed in front of players and their effects are applied at the time of purchase.

At the end of each round, players will make poker hands with the cards in front of them and compare the strength of their crews in the game. The player with the strongest crew wins the battle and scores the most points.

After five or six rounds (depending on the number of players) the game is over and the player with the most points wins.i.
