Online store orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (not including delivery time).
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an electronic confirmation with a tracking code or an invitation to collect it from one of the Brain Games stores.
If an item you purchased is not available, a staff member will contact you by email or phone and offer an alternative product or refund the payment for the unavailable item.
If you have chosen the payment method “Prepayment invoice for legal entities” or “FromMe gift card,” the item will be shipped only after payment has been received.
