"Power Grid" is economies and strategies board game. Each player represents his Energy company, whose goal is to supply as many cities as possible with electricity. This can be done with your own power plants (coal plant, waste processing plant or even nuclear reactors), which players in turn buy in the power plant market.
Making money by generating electricity? Great idea! Should I use coal or oil to generate electricity the old-fashioned way, or will these resources eventually run out? Is there a future for using waste to generate electricity? In any case, nuclear energy certainly has great potential. Of course, a much more environmentally friendly way of energy production can also be used, thus being independent of various raw materials. But will such power plants be powerful enough to meet demand in the future?
Game includes: double-sided printed playing field (Germany/USA), 50 power station cards, money, over 200 wooden parts.
