Motor City
Motor City is a strategic roll-and-write game about running a car factory during Detroit's heyday.
Motor City has two player pages, each with multiple zones. These zones are represented by tracks that you will mark as you progress. Many of the tracks are interconnected with other elements of the game, giving you bonuses along the way and opportunities to unlock more points. Progressing through each of these tracks provides various points, upgrades, and bonuses.
The game lasts for eight rounds. In each round, roll colored dice according to the number of players, then place them on the squares on the drafting table according to value and color. Each player draws one die and uses it. Once all players have rolled a die twice, all players can use the remaining die on the drafting table.
After eight rounds, points are awarded for achievements in engineering, assembly, testing, and other areas. The one with the most points wins.
Motor City is a solo mode where you try to beat your score against an auditor who draws dice and blocks off areas of your page. Its difficulty can be easily adjusted by changing the dice colors during setup, with no additional rules.
