“You are Victor Lavelle, a young ambitious journalist who works for a major newspaper. It is 1900 and Paris is booming. There are so many stories to cover, the World's Fair, the Summer Olympics, the opening of the first subway station, but as the Lavels, a family famous for solving crimes since the Middle Ages, you're much more interested in murders, kidnappings, and robberies. Being a journalist helps you be the first to know about them, and your brainpower often makes you the first to find the culprit.”

"Chronicles of Crime 1900" is a cooperative detective game in which players (with the help of a mobile application) play out different scenarios and try to solve crimes. It is based on the gameplay principles of Chronicles Of Crime with new scenarios and slightly changed game mechanics.

With the components in the game (eg locations, characters, things) it is possible to play out different scenarios, because each game component contains a QR code. Accordingly, for example, one character card can be used in different scenarios for different roles - victim, witness, suspect, depending on the scenario.

Now you can draw conclusions not only from the evidence you find or the testimony of various characters, but also from the mysterious scenes depicted in the new vision cards. These scenes can be either from the future or from the past, and usually involve characters and objects that have yet to be revealed.

Several scenarios are included in the game, but additional scenarios are available for free in the application.
