Royal - means the best in everything, so the size also reflects this - the chessboard when open is 44cm. The king and queen figures deserve special attention - specially cut and decorated with ornamental elements - balls and a cross.
The chess set is handmade, and the material from which it is made is a masterpiece - it is the highest quality hornbeam. The chessboard, on the other hand, is made using a polishing method and has a hand-painted square.
