Blue Moon City was once the capital of the land, but now it has been destroyed by war. Residents are working hard to restore the city to its former glory.

Blue Moon City players try to rebuild the ancient buildings of the city using the various groups of the city's residents. When the building is renovated, each player who participated in the renovation receives a bonus - the bigger the investment, the bigger the bonus. The goal is to obtain the precious crystals, which will later be donated to the restoration of the city's central obelisk.

The new ruler will be the one who has donated the most to the restoration of the obelisk.
