SETI
In SETI: Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence, a game for 1-4 players, you will lead a scientific institution tasked with searching for signs of life beyond planet Earth. The game is inspired by current or emerging technologies and space exploration efforts.
Players will explore nearby planets by launching probes from Earth and taking advantage of the ever-changing positions of the planets. Decide whether to land on their surfaces to collect valuable samples, or stay in orbit for more extensive exploration. Additionally, by pointing telescopes at distant star systems, you can detect alien signals or traces of undiscovered exoplanets and collect promising data to examine and study back home.
When you return to Earth, you can invest in improving your equipment to more effectively analyze the data you receive, increase the power of your telescope's signals, or increase your resource reserves to expand your search scope, which could help you discover alien life forms.
You can also use over 200 cards to aid your efforts or focus your research in a specific direction for additional bonuses and rewards. Each card has unique effects and illustrations, and each one depicts real-world technologies, projects, and discoveries (such as the International Space Station, the Large Hadron Collider, the Perseverance rover, the Voyager probe, and many more).
Finding traces of extraterrestrial life is only a matter of time - use the resources at your disposal strategically, and you may be the one who will make the greatest scientific contribution to advancing our understanding of alien life in our galaxy.
SETI: Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence is a dedication to space and planetary exploration, astronomy, the ongoing search for signs of life in the vastness of space, and efforts to understand the nature of life in the universe.
