CITY BUILDER

City Builder: Ancient World is a tile-building game that can be played competitively, cooperatively, or solo. Players are judges sent to a newly conquered province to build cities and help spread Roman influence in the area. Through clever planning, they must develop their cities to meet the demands of incoming settlers and build impressive monuments to please their emperor .

Purpose of the competition:
To win, players must build impressive monuments and secure their city with incoming settlers. Monuments have a unique scoring bonus that will only apply to the city they're built in, while applying for settlers gives you the point value they cover.
At the end of the game, the players tally up their points and the player with the most victory points is declared the winner. This player is given the title of governor of the province and their city is named its new capital.

Purpose of cooperation:
The Emperor wants to increase the efficiency and profit of each of his provinces. As a group of magistrates, you must work together to ensure that your province satisfies him or lose your position and possibly your head.
Follow the emperor's edict, complete his favorite monuments and carefully plan the construction of the city!
