Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective: Thames Murders & Other Cases base game version of the Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective board game. Players take on the role of assistants to the famous detective Sherlock Holmes, solving ten suspicious crimes.

Players are presented with a mystery to solve and it's up to the players how the tasks are solved by searching for clues in homes and castles, newspapers and the streets of London, interviewing suspects and putting the facts together to find a solution. At the end of the game, players have the opportunity to evaluate their performance in comparison to how Holmes himself would have handled the case.
