"OrganATTACK!" mixes medically accurate terminology with immature humor.
In the game, each player is given a set of organs. Players use immunities, afflictions, and other tactical cards to protect themselves while trying to damage the organs of others. The last person with at least one organ left wins.
The object of the game is to damage your opponents' organs using the appropriate afflictions before they damage yours. The last one with at least one organ left is the winner.
