Once upon a time, an empire had fallen into a vicious war against the Witch King, who was the highest priest of the Father of All Monsters. The Empire won, but at the cost of its existence. After all the years spent in peace, dark times came to this land - constant strife, evil religions, destruction and sorrow. However, there was one imperial tradition that did not disappear. Living in the fortress, the heroes tirelessly fulfilled their mission - to protect the inhabitants of the former empire, explore the wilderness, unite communities, fight monsters and recover the emperor's treasures, so that one day hope will flourish again. In this co-op game, players are brave heroes who help the people of Satrapia, an administrative province, your task is to rebuild the fortress to ensure the safety and peace of the citizens.

The characters are given a task at the beginning of the game. These are tasks entrusted to them by their hierarchy. Completing them will be the best way to win the game.

This task would be easy to complete if there were no external events . The story, called the chronicle, will unfold throughout the game, adding new situations that you will have to deal with.

On the way, you will have to experience incidents - short scenes in which they will be able to win fame for themselves (or not). They will also have to help the Satrapian society when it is in danger. You will have to face all kinds of unforeseen events.

If you can push yourself towards victory while keeping the prestige and defense of the fortress intact, you will reach the final chapter of the Chronicle and complete the story. In order to have a happy ending, you must complete your task to the best of your ability.
