New Phone, Who Dis? is a texting party game where players compete to create the funniest texting lists. Players take turns drawing the sent (or "inbox") card while the rest of the group competes to play the funniest "reply" card. After everyone has played their chosen response card, the rotating judge awards a point to the funniest one.
