K2 - Big Box

Race to reach the highest and most dangerous peaks in this exciting climbing game.

K2 is a board game where each player leads a team of 2 climbers in an attempt to climb to the top of K2 and back before the other players' teams and before the mountain kills them. Each player uses an identical deck of cards. You use the cards to move your climbers along the route shown on the board or to acclimatize your team members.

You can also pitch a tent and wait for better weather. You will have to choose your path carefully as other climbers may block your path.

K2 is a card game for 1-5 players, with strong interaction and low luck, lasting up to 60 minutes. The theme is very well represented by the mechanics, including elements such as changing weather, lack of oxygen and the death of climbers. The result is an exciting time spent for both experts and beginners.
