Dokumenta laikā gan Banka, gan Klients ir minēti kā puses, bet dokumenta beigās abas puses parakstās (klienta puse un bankas puse). Līdz ar to, vai ir pareizi visu laiku lietot "Banka" ar lielo burtu? Un "Klients" ar lielo burtu? Vai man tulkojumā rakstīt "Bank" un "Client" ar lielo burtu? Paldies. Hello! I have a question about a document. We have an agreement signed by several parties. One of the parties is a bank. At the beginning of the document, all parties are listed (including the bank), their registration number, legal address, and then it continues with "hereinafter referred to as "Bank" or "the Bank"". However, the document itself is signed between two parties – the client and the bank. Throughout the document, both the Bank and the Client are referred to as parties, but at the end of the document, both parties sign (the client's side and the bank's side). Therefore, is it correct to use "Bank" with a capital B throughout? And "Client" with a capital C? Should I write "Bank" and "Client" with a capital letter in the translation? Thank you.
