Hidden Games Crime Scene: The Midnight Crown
Great Falls Museum needs your help!
The famous Midnight Crown , an heirloom of a wealthy aristocratic family, was stolen from the Great Falls Museum during the Long Night of Museums, leaving behind a mysterious clue. A seemingly simple theft is full of intrigue and mystery. Help the inspector catch the culprits in action. Get involved in an exciting crime case and find a solution using modern technology and a sharp mind.
As a team, you'll have to analyze letters, interpret police interviews of various suspects, make phone calls and even do some internet research. Your approach to finding a solution may vary. Study the fingerprints, collect all the information on your big poster, discuss alibis and motives. You will need internet access and a phone that can receive text messages to conduct research during the investigation. It's also helpful (but not absolutely necessary) to have a laptop or tablet handy. Cell phones are also allowed!
You should allow approx. 1.5-3 hours for a murder mystery game. However, the game can also be put aside one night and continued the next day.
You will all be working together as a team instead of playing against each other. The game is suitable for people aged 14 and over. It is too complicated for a group of younger children. In the family, however, younger children can also contribute and help in detective work.
