Curse of the Dark
People are disappearing in the remote mountain village of Mordengraf. Investigating reports of a "creature" haunting the area, you make your way to Mordengraf Castle, a Gothic castle that overshadows the village.
An unseen force has captured you and you must escape the castle's basement or become the creature's latest victim. But you only have three hours before the creature resumes its hunt...
Curse of Darkness is a co-op escape room game in which players must create a plan for Mordengraf Castle by discovering and exploring new rooms in the castle to advance the story. The game includes puzzle books, map elements and other interactive components and features. Some puzzles require a smartphone or device with an internet connection.
Curse of the Dark has a tiered hint system to help teams of all skill levels progress through the game and story. The game can be played alone as well.
Curse of the Dark is designed as a unique experience, as some of the puzzles require players to cut, fold, and write on game components. However, Professor Puzzle offers printable pdf files of the destructible components found on the Professor Puzzler website for replayability.
