Carcassonne: 2 Merchants and Builders (Expansion; 2025)

The Carcassonne: Merchants and Builders expansion adds several new layers of strategy to this classic tile-laying game. Collect bounties for extra points, use the builder to gain extra moves, and improve your farm’s productivity with the help of the piglet. With 24 new tiles and unprecedented tactical options, this expansion increases player interaction and engagement, rewards cunning planning, and keeps the game dynamic.

In this expansion, players not only build roads and cities, but also compete for valuable goods: wine, grain, and cloth. When a player completes a city, they are the one who gets the goods, even if someone else scores points for the city!
There is also a builder figure in the game that can be placed on a road or in a city. Then, each time a new space is added to this object, the player can immediately take an additional turn.
And don't forget about the piglet! The player can add it to their field, which will instantly increase the value of all cities that are in contact with it, thus improving the productivity of the field.
