We know that intensive gaming tends to wear and tear. You willingly lend a game to a friend, but you get the game back with some missing part and it's hard to fully enjoy the game. What to do?

We have a solution - lifetime guarantee ! For all current and circulating Brain Games games (those with our logo) , we offer to exchange worn and lost parts at any time, so that you can enjoy the game to the fullest in the future. If a game is discontinued and not available in our store, game part exchange is no longer available. A lifetime for warranty also has its own rules:

1. To use lifetime guarantee must be a member of the club.
2. Every lifetime guarantees applications are considered individually. The processing time is 5 working days.
3. We have the right to refuse lifetime guarantees application, if there is reason to believe that the policy is being used for malicious purposes, harmful to the company.

Attention! Catan cards cannot be exchanged at this time. Follow the information on our social media pages so you don't miss when you can start exchanging Catan cards as well.
