Game Returns

TERMS:

  • Within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order (when the consumer takes possession of the products), the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal by contacting us in advance at iveikals@brain-games.com.
  • The right of withdrawal can be exercised by filling out the withdrawal form at the bottom of the page.
  • In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer covers the costs associated with returning and re-receiving the goods, i.e., transportation and other expenses.
  • The product will be inspected within 3 business days. During this period, Brain Games will contact the consumer regarding the condition of the product and its eligibility for the right of withdrawal.
  • The product must be in excellent condition (no missing parts, the product is in playable condition, the product and/or its rules and instructions are not personalized, the product is not damaged). The product may only be worn to the extent that it can be done in a store when familiarizing oneself with the product.
  • If the product is not in excellent condition (missing parts, the product is not in playable condition, the product and/or its rules and instructions are personalized, the product is damaged), Brain Games may refuse the return or request compensation, with prior agreement from the consumer. In such a case, the consumer must cover transportation costs or come to our physical store at K. Barona iela 55, Riga, to retrieve the product.
  • These terms apply only to products purchased at the www.brain-games.lv online store. For products purchased at our physical Brain Games stores in Riga, please contact the respective store where the product was purchased — contacts.
  • The seller has the right to refuse the exchange of goods purchased in a physical store if the exchange policy is used for abusive purposes, repeatedly.
  • If the purchased game includes game scenarios (it is playable once), it CANNOT be exchanged!
