- From Latvian: "Labrīt! Vēlējos Jums pateikt, ka tiešām ļoti novērtēju Jūsu atbildi. Tā bija ļoti izsmeļoša un tiešām vērtīga. Paldies! English: "Good morning! I wanted to let you know that I really appreciate your reply. It was very comprehensive and truly valuable. Thank you! At the same time, I would like to take this opportunity to ask one more question. How should one proceed in cases where a client has agreed to certain terms (a signed cooperation agreement in which these are stipulated) but regularly fails to comply with them? For example, they delay payments or ignore the contract clause regarding the mandatory submission of reports by a certain deadline. I have repeatedly warned the client (both in writing and verbally) that such behaviour is unacceptable and reminded them of the contract clauses, but there have been no changes. Is there any way to successfully resolve such situations? How can I "activate" the contract clause on penalties, which the client is ignoring? Thank you very much in advance for your answer!"
