Contest organizer:

SIA Brain Games (reg. no. 40003690406, legal address Atlasa iela 10, Riga, Latvia, LV-1026).

Territory where the lottery will take place: "Brain Games" store, K. Barona iela 55, Riga, Latvia, LV-1001.

Beginning and end of the lottery: 10.12.2016 - 16.01.2017.

Prize fund - 1 gift card worth 500 euros (unlimited validity period).

Lottery progress and additional information:

1. To participate in the draw, you must make a purchase worth 40 euros in the "Brain Games" store at K. Barona Street 55 or in the online store brain-games.lv .
2. The purchase must be made between 10.12.16 and 10.01.2016.
3. The Participant must fill in the necessary information in the questionnaire, which will be placed at the cash register and hand it to the seller or leave it in the designated place if the purchase is made on the spot in the store.
4. If the customer makes a purchase in the online store brain-games.lv , then the questionnaire and all the necessary information are filled out automatically.
5. If the customer makes several purchases over 40 euros, then each purchase receipt participates in the draw, thus increasing the chances of winning.

Notification of lottery results and receipt of winnings:

1. The prize draw will take place at 15:00 on 16.01.2017, in the "Brain Games" store (55 K. Barona Street, Riga).
2. Announcement of results will take place at 16:00 on 16.01.2017.
3. The results will be announced on the Brain Games LV Facebook page of the "Brain Games" store ( https://www.facebook.com/BrainGamesLV ).
4. The winning person will be contacted personally by representatives of Brain Games.
5. The winnings must be withdrawn by 16.02.2017. or by personally agreeing on a suitable time.

Additional information:

• There is no additional cost to participants.

• In case of claims, the lottery participant has the right to submit a written complaint to the "Brain Games" store (55 K. Barona Street, Riga) until 10.01.2017. The complaint must include a return address to which a written response will be sent. Review and response will take place until 01.02.2017.

• Employees of SIA "Brain Games" and SIA "Brain Games publishing" and their relatives, spouses may not participate in the lottery. If such participation is detected, the participant is cancelled.
