"Will I really like this game?", "Maybe the jubilee already owns such a game?", "How do I know what to buy from the wide assortment?" - you can throw these and other doubts aside, because within 2 weeks of receiving the order moment, it is possible to exchange the game for another one by contacting us in advance by writing to iveikals@brain-games.com.

 

REGULATIONS:

• Within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order (when the consumer receives the products in his possession), the consumer can use the right of refusal by contacting us in advance by writing to iveikals@brain-games.com.
• The right of withdrawal can be applied for by filling out the waiver form .
• The cancellation form, printed and signed, must be handed over or sent with the relevant product. You must also attach a payment order, confirmation email or other proof that the product was purchased in our online store www.brain-games.lv .
• In case of exercise of the right of refusal, the consumer shall bear the costs related to returning and receiving the goods again, ie transport and other expenses.
• The product will be tested within 3 working days. During this period, Brain Games will contact the consumer regarding the status of the product and compliance with the right of withdrawal.
• The product must be in excellent condition (no parts missing, product in playable condition, product and/or its rules and instructions not personalized, product not damaged). The product can only be worn as much as it can be done in the store by familiarizing yourself with the product.
• If the product is not in excellent condition (parts missing, product not in playable condition, product and/or its terms and instructions personalized, product damaged) , Brain Games may refuse to accept or request compensation by prior agreement with the consumer. In that case, the customer must cover the transport costs or come to the actual address of our store in Riga, K. Barona Street 55, to receive the product back.
• These terms apply only to for products purchased in the www.brain-games.lv online store. For products purchased in our physical Brain Games stores in Riga, please contact the respective store where the product was purchased - contacts .
